Old sing along movie?

Okay, so there's an old sing along movie (maybe series, I was really
young) that was about an elephant (I think it was pink) and a donkey
(Blue?) and they were in this cartoon world, drawn by a little boy.
They two girl animals were going to a fair (I think it was the fair)
and the little boy kept trying to stop them. They sang songs like
"There's a hole in my bucket." and "Do your ears hang low?" so on and
so forth. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it! Can you
PLEASE help me?! I think it was from the 90's or early 2000's.
